6 x on a descending interval by 5s on each set (e.g., first set is on 1’50”, 2nd set is on 1’45”, 3rd: 1’35”, 4th: 1’30”, 5th: 1’25”, 6th: 1’20”), but don’t decrease the interval below getting 10s of rest:
100 focus on stroke count and holding water
100 focus on body position, perfect technique
100 focus on stroke rate, i.e., increase stroke rate as much as possible
